According to Xinhua news agency, Fuzhou, July 16 Xinhua reporters from Fujian Quanzhou inspection and Quarantine Bureau, in the first half of this year, the Bureau inspected and identified the 5 batches of 1684 tons of imported crude oil, the value of which was $1 million 362 thousand and 200, and the shortage of imported crude oil intensified.

Compared with last year, batches were flat, but the weight ratio was reduced by 11.05%, and the value of goods increased by 45.83%.

Experts from the Quanzhou inspection and Quarantine Bureau believe that the rising crude oil price in the international market this year is the fundamental reason for the shortage of imported crude oil. The average price per ton of crude oil in the first half of this year was 741 US dollars, up by 62.04% compared with the increase in the first half of this year.

According to international practice, the short weight of crude oil is less than 5 per thousand, which is a reasonable loss and can not be claimed.
