Mr. Ma telephoned the newspaper to report that he spent nearly ten thousand yuan on shoes and satchel bought at a GUCCI store.

At present, the relevant staff of the GUCCI shop said they did not think that the quality of the goods purchased by Mr. Ma could be detected if there were any objections.

Mr. Ma told reporters that he bought a pair of red, black and white leather shoes and a single shoulder canvas satchel with black leather in a GUCCI store in May 15th.

On the third day after the purchase, shoes appeared to fade, "my four pairs of socks were dyed red."

Mr. Ma said that when he called GUCCI on the matter, the other side said that it was a normal phenomenon to fade.

In June 1st, Mr. Ma found the GUCCI shop with his shoes. According to him, the clerk only took a picture and said he would send it to the customer service and Italy manufacturers in Hongkong.

After waiting for many days, Mr. Ma agreed to exchange his shoes for a GUCCI wallet and a bottle of perfume.

According to Mr. Ma, the black leather shoulder straps he bought at the same time also appeared to fade, and the black blue that had dropped back stained his clothes.

Last weekend, he found GUCCI staff again.

The day before yesterday, the other side replied that it could not be replaced, "their staff also said that GUCCI has never had a precedent for return in mainland China."

Mr. Ma said so.

In a shopping ticket provided by him, the reporter saw a seal on it saying "goods are used, not exchangeable".

GUCCI, a staff member claiming to be Edison, said that Mr. Ma bought the bags and had obvious perfume marks on the shoulder straps, so they did not think they were caused by quality problems.

"If GUCCI does have quality problems, it can be changed after approval."

Edison said that for Mr. Ma's shop assistants, he once said, "GUCCI has no precedent for returning luxury goods in mainland China". Edison said he did not know who it was, and he did not know exactly what it was.

"Customers can go to the quality inspection department for testing, if we confirm that there are some problems, we will solve them."

Later, the lawyer called Qiu Baochang lawyer familiar with the matter.

For the GUCCI shop, the "goods have been used, will not be returned".

Qiu said that according to the twenty-fourth provision of consumer law, "operators should not make unfair or unreasonable provisions to consumers in terms of form contracts, notices, statements, shop notices, etc., or reduce or exempt them from civil liability that damages the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.

The contents of the format contract, notice, statement, shop notice, etc., which contain the contents listed in the preceding paragraph, shall not be valid.

This is a typical unfair and unreasonable "shop notice".
