　　 The Management Measures also require that the "nine prohibitions" mainly include: without approval, no evaluation and standard awarding activities shall be carried out; It shall not exceed the purpose, business scope and activity area specified in the Articles of Association; It shall not be carried out for Party committees, governments or Party and government organs at all levels, and generally, the leading cadres of Party and government organs or leaders of public institutions shall not be selected; Carry out in strict accordance with the approved declaration content, and do not change or set sub projects without authorization; The national social organizations shall not require the local social organizations to carry out the activities of appraising and awarding the standards; Local social organizations shall not use the national social organizations to appraise new projects or add new projects in disguised form; No fees shall be charged or charged in disguised form; They shall not cooperate with or entrust for-profit organizations to carry out such activities; Without approval, it is not allowed to cooperate with overseas organizations.
