*ST高升(000971)23日晚公告，公司收到北京市第四中级人民法院出具的《应诉通知书》及相关法律文书，原告董云巍诉公司民间借贷纠纷已立案，涉及借款金额4000万元。*ST高升表示，上述借款系公司时任董事长未经公司审批程序违规使用公司印章所致，该笔借款资金的实际使用方为公司大股东关联方文化硅谷，公司对该借款事项不知情，将积极通过合法渠道主张权利。
